At Star Light, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium electronics. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Star Light account and select the order you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the device in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and cables to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
